I was born in Setúbal, Portugal, some 27 28 29 years ago, and have lived, studied and worked in London and Byron Bay. Current residence is Berkeley, California. I enjoy listening to Calexico. Robert Heinlein is my hero. Love my wife! Cinema as often as possible. Play Magic: The Gathering, although not as frequently as before. I am an audio engineer with a background in education and a professional interest in sound system metrology and analysis. Currently I am freelancing in the Bay Area as a production sound mixer, recordist, and boom operator. I’m studying for an MA in Radio and Television at San Francisco State University this Fall. My research is looking at the evolution of the film sound track over the last seven decades.
